Oh guys! I could go on and on about this session! Seriously one of my favorites for SO many reasons and I can’t wait to share my favorites! When Alesha told me she was expecting, I was so excited for them! Their little guy Grayson had just turned one, and had been such a joy at his milestone photography sessions, and now I get to start again with another adorable one! When it came time to plan, I was concerned that timing would put us in the middle of summer…VEGAS SUMMER! I don’t know very many pregnant women who enjoy an hour in triple digit weather. So, I casually mentioned that my family would be traveling to my home town, Monterey California, for the 4th of July! Fast forward a bit and it was on the books!

 

Alesha and I spent many hours scouting, shopping and styling this shoot and I think it paid off in a big way! The Central Coast has such a variety of “looks” and we couldn’t settle of just one. Spending half a day, down the coast in Redwoods country, and another evening at Carmel Beach, we ended up with over amazing 200 images!

 

It was so much fun doing a Maternity Session in such a different place then the every day, not to mention getting to know this awesome family! I can’t wait to meet that little girl in just a few weeks! I hope you enjoy them as much as I did capturing them!
